Hurry Up and Wait

So the IV is in and I am sitting in the hospital bed. The OR is behind schedule (not a surprise) and my wife is claiming I am addicted to my Blackberry (also not a surprise).

Up next: the anestheiologist....but the nurse just came in with an update. One hour behind just became 2.5.
